I’m Wendy Crenshaw, a Kitsap County REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Park Shore, helping clients buy and sell homes in Kitsap, Mason and Pierce Counties since 1998.   As a lifelong Kitsap County resident, I bring firsthand knowledge of our local communities to help buyers find the right fit and sellers highlight what makes their home and location special. Most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a trust I’ve earned through honest advice, clear communication, and a commitment to helping my clients reach their goals.

I grew up in Manette in Bremerton and have called Manchester home for the past 30 years. As a mom of four and grandma to seven, family is a big part of my life. Years of school activities, sports and everyday life throughout Kitsap County have deepened my connection to the communities I serve. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with family, gardening, enjoying the outdoors or volunteering in the community.
